At LIFT in Life, the focus is on coaching principles, real-time change management, and personal presence. We start with an informational interview to learn about your background, goals and your questions. If there’s a mutual agreement to proceed forward, then coaching sessions will begin after an established schedule between the coach and client.
Any professional with a minimum of 10 years of academic, professional or executive experience. Through prior experience, clients with at least 10 years of experience, have gained examples of wins, challenges, and strengths.
All pricing is based on the packages you select between team building, executive coaching and non-executive coaching.
Yes, we also offer business consulting for program management, product development, organization design and talent development.
